Below is a detailed overview of our fee structure, which encompasses all necessary costs for the academic year, including registration, resources, and tuition. Our tuition fees cover the full breadth of your child’s academic experience, including classroom instruction, access to school facilities, and participation in a variety of our core curricular programs.
The tuition fees are structured according to the class levels and are payable in three equal instalments before the commencement of each term.

At the beginning of the application process, applicants will encounter the following fees:
To be paid after a successful assessment and within one week of the offer, to secure the student's place at the academy. Failing to pay within this period will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer. Registration Fee is non-refundable.
This fee is required for the evaluation of the student's application. Assessment Fee is non-refundable.
Resource Fees of QAR 1,675, payable as a single payment before the start of the academic year. This fee covers a vast array of resources, including all online tools and resources licensed to each student for a holistic educational experience. These resources include: Online library subscription, GL assessment subscription, Bug Club - Online English Reading, I Read Arabic - Online Arabic Reading, Rockstar Time Table - Time Tables practicing, White Rose Maths - Maths schemes of work and resources. Additionally, the Resource Fee supports student activities, arts, and craft necessary to organise school events, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic school life for all our students. Resource Fee is non-refundable.
A reservation deposit of QAR 2,233 is due before May 15th each year to guarantee a spot for the coming academic year. This deposit will be credited against Term 1 invoice of the subsequent year. Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
Loydence Academy accepts the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) education vouchers for Qatari students from Reception to Year 6. This is part of the Qatar National School Accreditation (QNSA) program.
The MoEHE provides a financial voucher covering up to QAR 28,000 of the tuition fees. Parents are responsible for the balance that exceeds this amount. These vouchers are aimed at assisting Qatari nationals with educational expenses. To learn more about your eligibility for the MoEHE voucher and how to apply it towards your tuition, please connect with the school's admissions office.
We understand the importance of making education accessible for families with multiple children. Therefore, we offer sibling discounts to families who are enrolling more than one child at Loydence Academy. Details about the eligibility criteria and discount rates are available through the school's admissions office. Please reach out to them directly to see if you qualify for a sibling discount.
